The Virginia Building.

The Virginia Building located at 118 Lee Parkway Drive offers 10,000 square feet of office space on one level. The building was constructed by Winston Bland in 1982 near the high-traffic intersection of Shallowford Road and Lee Highway. The Virginia Building’s design was inspired by Virginia’s most famous son, Thomas Jefferson. The building features office space with the flexibility to accommodate 1 or 2 people per office (312 square feet) or as many as 15 people (2400 square feet). Common areas (Bathrooms, Hallways and Small Kitchen) have all been updated recently. Great office location near Hamilton Place Mall and I-75 without the traffic congestion.
